A series of synthetic fiber reinforcements typically made of polypropylene in various compositions, shapes and sizes are used for structural concrete reinforcement. Macro synthetic fibers has a tensile yield strength exceeding 600MPa with each product is designed with a unique purpose and application to replace the traditional welded wire mesh for precast elements, slab-on-ground, metal deck slab & shotcrete in tunnel lining and hill slope application.

A series of steel fiber reinforcements, made of cold-drawn steel wire fiber, with hooked ends and are glued into bundles, comprising of different compositions, shapes, and sizes, are utilized for structural concrete reinforcement. Also referred to as Cover Blocks. Concrete Spacers are specialized blocks engineered to elevate the rebar matrix above the ground. This elevation enables concrete to flow beneath the rebar, ensuring protection from corrosion by shielding it from the elements. Our concrete spacers are manufactured to the specifications outline in Part 1 of BS 7973 with compressive strength exceeding 60N/mm2

Rebar End Spacers (RES) are designed for a precise fit, featuring an extended base for added stability. The specially engineered tip enhances concrete flow, reducing blockages and the risk of breakouts. RES are can be used horizontally or vertically. They are used widely in precast concrete.

Armored joints which also act as leave-in-place formwork. The top section come in a linear or corrugated cold roll steel profile. These joints enable controlled contraction of the concrete slab, mitigating the occurrence of random cracks. Armored floor joints are commonly found in industrial settings, warehouses, parking garages, and other structures where heavy traffic or loads are expected.
